Larry’s Septic Tank Service is a family-owned septic company in Bastrop, Texas. It has installed, pumped, repaired and inspected septic systems across Central Texas since 1993.
It started with one truck
Larry Goodwill started the business in 1993 after buying his first truck from a local plumbing company. In the company’s own words, “He started the business on Godly principles with honesty and integrity at its core.” He built it into the number one hauler in the Bastrop area.
Larry never met a stranger. He loved music, and it wasn’t unusual for him to sing, or to play the customer’s guitar, once the job was done. Around 2002 he answered a call to start a church, The Church of the Risen Savior off FM 2336, and led it for seven years until, as the family puts it, God took him home. He touched a lot of lives at septic tanks, at the bank and post office, and in church.
The company today
The name on the truck hasn’t changed. Larry’s is still family-owned, run today as Goodwill Performance LLC, and still answers to the values Larry started with: “We are a Christian-based business that values integrity, quality, and honesty.” Customers mention Cody and Jacob by name in their reviews, for showing up on time, explaining what they found and putting families on a service schedule.
The work covers the whole life of a septic system: soil site evaluations, new conventional, low-pressure dose, aerobic spray and aerobic drip systems, routine and urgent pump-outs, repairs from compressors to drain fields, aerobic maintenance contracts and NAWT-certified inspections for home sales. Prices are competitive, with no hidden fees.
